Wani is the face of the Yakuza very few know his real name. He was sent by the Mizu-Gumi clan 2 years ago to Dallas to run the local group in Little Tokyo. Secretly he is on the lookout for Ren and is to bring her back into the Yakuza, so he is in the know. He has real bad mean streak and can be quiet brutal when provoked. His men respect and fear him. He only has 2 trusted advisors that came with him from Tokyo.

Very few western supernaturals have any idea what the Jade Court is. Character’s coming from a Western Background suffer a Block:2 on any Lore tests (unless specifically learning/given the data in-game).

As the PC’s discovered in Adventure Postgame 12, Wani (as Jade Court and a human flesh eater) prefers to consume his meals in a faux Japanese style – with his food prepared as “sushi” and “sashimi” and eaten with chopsticks (with a bit of soy sauce and wasabi).
